Greg Montagna is a Managing Director at MIII Advisors, focused on M&A and strategic transactions in chemicals, materials, ingredients, metals and mining, packaging, and industrials.

Greg has spent 20 years in investment banking on Wall Street, including roles at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., Jefferies Group LLC, The Valence Group (a Piper Sandler Company), Truist, and FMI Capital Advisors. He has executed more than $40 billion in announced transaction value across nearly 50 transactions at leading financial institutions, advising on buy-side, sell-side, strategic alternatives, growth and acquisition financing, and special situations.

MIII Advisors provides strategic advisory services to public and private middle market companies in these sectors.

Greg earned an MBA and BS from Indiana University.
